SYNOPSIS
When a neighbor disappears, Helena starts noticing small shifts in her apartment—objects moved, pages turned, lights left on. What begins as paranoia becomes a quiet unraveling of intimacy and trust, as The Watched explores how surveillance can be emotional, not technological—and what it costs to be truly seen.
